If you are interested in the RazerLift but haven’t met the inventor or seen the latest prototype in person, then book off the evening of Thursday February 11, 2016. I will be speaking at the New Tech Meetup hosted and organized by Innovate Calgary. The event will be held at the Alastair Ross Technology Centre located near the University of Calgary (3553 31 Street Northwest). The event starts at 6PM, but the presentation will start around 6:30.
I will briefly cover the following topics:
- The technology itself
- The history of the project
- Present status
- Future plans
There will be a Q&A time too, so please bring questions. I believe the event is free, but I think they prefer if you sign up at the Meetup link above instead of just showing up. I’m told that’s not critical, though.
And, yes, the prototype will be there. The presentation is indoors though, so I can only show off the prototype after the event.
